Hi, I'm Morgan.

I designed and built PrayerCircl.es myself, every screen and every word, in the margins of a very full life.

Why I built it

Prayer requests reach me from everywhere: a text from family, a request after church, a friend who mentions something hard in passing. I'd say “I'll pray for you” and mean it. Then work, kids and everything else would crowd it out, and the guilt would pile up right alongside the requests.

I came up with the idea around 2015 while living in NYC. I was always on the go and knew that I was not alone in needing to make praying a more central part of my daily life.

The problem was never caring too little. It was having nowhere to put it all. So I built the place I needed, and made it simple enough to share with the people I pray with.

What it's for

It's common to have scattered fragments of things you keep meaning to pray about. Maybe you prayed about it once, but you mean to pray about it regularly until it happens or stops being relevant. Maybe your brother lost his job, or something big is coming up and you need help calming the anxiety. Maybe you have a few friends or family members you want to come to know Christ, or you want boldness and guidance in how to share your faith. Maybe you have a nice list, but it's almost never with you when you need it.

Whatever the reason, PrayerCircl.es is here to make keeping a prayer list work for you. Christianity is a faith that is meant to be individual and also deeply communal, so it helps you strengthen your relationship with God and your fellowship with others.

  The things you want to remember to pray about, with you whenever you need them.

• Group prayer lists

  A men's group's collected requests, like praying for Brother Jimmy's mother, or a prayer shared from your personal list.

• Prayers shared with friends

  Share selected requests with family, friends or your church community, and they can do the same with you.

• Answered prayers

  When a prayer is answered, mark that it made it out of the realm of wishful thinking and actually happened.
